To connect, recognize and understand our deepest roots is to be in service of our soul’s movement. Roots and Realms serves as a guide to walk alongside you as you unearth beneath the surface, integrate your learnings, and soar into your soul’s consciousness.

As your guide, facilitator and champion, I’m here to travel with you on this journey from your ancestral roots to your soul’s realms. Knowing that this journey can be emotionally challenging and non-linear, I provide deep support and awareness to you on the path.

Vision
I hold a vivid vision for each person that walks through these doors with my strength of seeing your broader and most majestic picture. We craft your vision and then return to it again and again as a North Star in our work together.
Connection
Our connection is built on safety and trust. Revealing the past experiences of our individual self and our ancestral lineages can be vulnerable and daunting. I create safe spaces to heal traumas from your lineage and child self, in service to your higher purpose.
Intuition
I use my intuition rather than a set of strict rules to guide you to your next steps on your soul’s authentic path. You’ll also use your intuition on this journey to evolve out of societal conditioning and expectations.
Creative Expression
Our healing work will often be done through a lens of creativity and creative expression. I use ritual, visual art, music, movement, symbols of nature, and divination tools as they enliven and enrich our experience.
