Hi, I’m Sucheta.

I support soulful seekers in releasing ancestral entanglements and inherited burdens while simultaneously reclaiming ancestral wisdom and gifts. My approach reconciles the challenges and exclusions in our familial lineages and the other systems in which we interact to create a sense of belonging in the world. Using my experience as a Family and Systemic Constellations facilitator, Social Impact expert and artist, I weave ritual, cultural arts and nature to create sacred spaces that awaken the soul’s rhythm. I believe that transforming the resistance from our lineages and systems into a creative force ultimately connects us to our joy and meaning.

My Journey is Our Journey

My soul’s story may be similar to yours. One of my biggest fears throughout most of my life is that I am alone. Alone in my family of origin, alone growing up in my school and community, alone even among individuals I considered my friends. Alone in everything I did.

My loneliness drove me to spend decades immersed in meeting society’s expectations at the hopes of connection while feeling detached from my ancestral wisdom and soul’s knowing. Every day I felt as though I were going through the motions and checking boxes on all of society’s “shoulds” but not truly feeling a life force behind them.

But I couldn’t have been more wrong about being alone. It was once I began connecting with my ancestral magic and soul’s expression, that I also began to feel connectivity with all forms of life - other people, nature, my creativity and my life force. And I felt the embodiment of the joy of my soul and lineage.

My journey is our journey. Our time together is meant to reconnect you with your ancestral Roots as well as the spirit Realms…because we are never alone, only disconnected.

I’m passionate about using ritual and creative expression to connect to our higher selves and the ancient energies that surround us – this is our natural inheritance. I bring my values of warmth, creativity, authenticity, magic and deep soul connection to my interactions with my clients and community. Through guided constellations and creative expression, I invite individuals and communities to heal generational patterns, dance with their ancestral wisdom, and reimagine what it means to belong to ancestral joy.

Like a river, my experiences run wide and deep to collaborate with you - your self as a soul, your self as an individualistic human, and your self with ancestral and cultural roots. My own soul self is a creative and dreamer by nature - I spend my time making beautiful things with visual artistic media and also dance for creative expression. As a Social Impact expert and Family and Systemic Constellations facilitator, I build the strong culture and communities I believe are necessary for the thriving of humanity. As far as my ancestral roots, my motherland is in the eastern coastal lands of India known for both its artistic contributions and spiritual devotion, and I devote much of my energy to study of the wisdom of my spiritual lineage.

From the very first session, I was guided into deeper truths about myself in a way I don’t think I could have and have never accessed on my own. Each session left me with a kind of knowing that settled into my body and this experience is just deeply cathartic.

    What stood out most about working with her is how fully she embodies the work. She didn’t just listen to what I was saying but she was attuned to how I said it, my body language…all the stuff beneath the words.  I felt deeply held so things surfaced naturally for me.
