Roots & Realms Purpose
Roots and Realms was born from a seed: the belief that ancestral healing is more than the releasing of personal and family patterns. It is also the unearthing of many gifts buried throughout your lineage, gifts that are meant to be engaged with as you pursue your life’s dreams.
Roots and Realms is a guide to walk with you on the courageous journey of acknowledging individual and familial challenges and ultimately awakening the strengths and wisdoms that have been passed on to you.

As your guide and facilitator, I’m here to travel with you on this journey from your ancestral roots to your ancestral gifts and wisdom. Knowing that this journey can be challenging and non-linear, I provide deep support and awareness to you on the path.

Vision
Together, we craft a beautiful vision for your life that becomes the North Star in our work. Your vision is held by me as a majestic picture that we return to again and again.
Connection
Our connection is built on safety and trust. Revealing the past experiences of our individual self and our ancestral lineages can be vulnerable and daunting. I create safe spaces to heal traumas from your lineage and child self, in service to your higher purpose.
Intuition
I use my intuition rather than a set of strict rules to guide you to your next steps on your soul’s authentic path. You’ll also use your intuition on this journey to evolve out of societal conditioning and expectations.
Creative Expression
Our healing work will often be done through a lens of creativity and creative expression. I use ritual, visual art, music, movement, symbols of nature, and divination tools as they enliven and enrich our experience.
Sacred Offerings
In single, dyad or triad sessions, we’ll travel with your intention through the depths of a family or systemic constellation to reveal the story that most need to be healed. This is a dynamic option to examine a family or systemic challenge you’re facing.
Using creative expression and exploration, this circle connects individuals to their ancestral and indigenous lineage in service to a sense of home, belonging and joy.
Receive expertise on creating and curating a unique ritual or series of rituals, for the intent of creating extraordinary moments for both individuals and groups.
