Family and systemic constellations is an interactive and co-creative healing modality aimed at untangling and unraveling the challenging patterns that shape your life. Many of these patterns are inherited burdens and entanglements from our ancestral lineages. The purpose of constellations is for the you to gain deep insight into the "why" behind your patterns and ultimately shifts these beliefs to support you in greater love, abundance and potential. Uniquely, constellations helps you heal in community, instead of isolation, to create an immense feeling of belonging.

In practice, a constellation creates a physical representation of your intention and the challenges and other relevant elements around this intention so it can be observed from a bird’s eye view. Doing so gives you insight into the dynamics of where the challenge comes from, whether your ancestral lineage or otherwise, and how to resolve it.

Roots & Realms offers 1:1 individual constellations as well as group constellations, both in-person and virtually. Roots & Realms also integrates ritual and creative expression into constellations work.

• In an individual constellation, we collaborate 1:1 to set your intention and identify your challenge. We then tune into the energetic field and the energetic elements that emerge to receive insight and inspiration related to the challenge.

• In a group constellation, one client/seeker sets an intention around their challenge while other participants will represent various elements of the family or energetic system to help the client/seeker gain insight into their challenge, beliefs, stories. Participants that are representatives tune into the energetic field to take on the qualities of that which they are representing based on what they are naturally seeing, feeling, hearing, sensing and experiencing. Though participants are supporting the client/seeker, they also often receive insight and inspiration related to challenges they are experiencing at that time.
